Hanyang University ranked 161st globally in the '2026 QS World University Rankings: Sustainability', published by the British higher education evaluation organization QS(Quacquarelli Symonds). Among domestic universities, it secured the 4th position.

The achievement is the result of international recognition for Hanyang University's efforts, including the establishment of eco-friendly infrastructure, social responsibility education, and the creation of a sustainable research ecosystem. Hanyang University plans to continue leading the sustainable university model across all ESG(Environmental, Social, and Governance) sectors and establish a global-level education and research system.
