On October 16, Hanyang University 토토사이트 바코드 Foundation(Ryoo Chang-wan as Director) announced that L4BOX Co., Ltd. from its 토토사이트 바코드-Centered University program has signed a strategic memorandum of understanding(MOU) with Vietnamese education company 123 Education Investment & Development JSC(Education123) for cooperation on AI-based digital textbooks and TokTokBox distribution.

The agreement was formed through the HYU Collective Impact Global Startup Project – Hanoi Bridge, part of the global accelerator program from the Startup-Centered University of Hanyang University Startup Support Foundation. As a participant, L4BOX held several meetings with potential partners in Vietnam and achieved a tangible outcome through this partnership.

Under the MOU, L4BOX will digitally convert three kindergarten and five elementary-level textbooks, original of Education123, into AI-powered smart learning solutions. Education123 will manage domestic distribution of these products to international schools and premium kindergartens across Vietnam. Both companies also plan to expand cooperation to include development of AI-based textbooks, local sales of TokTokBox, and joint participation in education exhibitions.

L4BOX, as an Edutech company, provides the solution of a learning management system, LMS, integrating AI-driven learning analytics, emotion and attendance tracking, and personalized content recommendations, based on the large interactive device TokTokBox. Going beyond traditional e-books, it allows AI-based, adaptive learning experiences across early childhood and elementary education, offering a smart learning environment suitable for each age group.
