Hanyang University ERICA(Lee Ki-jeong as President) announced that it held the '2025 ERICA JOB Festa' on September 24 at the ERICA Academic Information Center and Library on campus. The event was designed to support students in exploring career paths and strengthening their employment capabilities. A wide range of participants took part, including experts, alumni currently working in major industries, and representatives from key institutions, spanning fields such as semiconductors, automotive/mobility, defense, batteries, pharmaceuticals/biotech, finance, media/entertainment, and cosmetics/f&b.

The venue consisted of five zones: Expert Consulting, Mentoring by Alumni, Global, Education, Activities & Events. Students received personalized career guidance programs covering hiring trends in each industry, skills required for specific job roles, and strategies for global career development, broadening their perspectives on career design.

In the Expert Consulting zone, professional consultants from various industries provided one-on-one sessions offering insights on the latest recruitment trends, job competencies, and career development strategies. In the Alumni Mentoring zone, alumni professionals shared their tips on employment and real-world experiences, giving students practical advice based on their own career paths.

Particularly popular was the Activities & Events zone, which featured interactive activities such as AI-related aptitude testing, personal color analysis, career tarot reading, career exploration events, all of which were met with enthusiastic participation from students.

Shin Yang-seung, head of the Global Career Development Center at ERICA, stated, “ERICA JOB Festa was designed to help students engage with experts from both inside and outside the university, allowing them to explore and prepare for career paths suitable for their individual strengths. We hope this event will provide meaningful support for students in planning their future careers.”

In conjunction with the festival, two related programs, the 'K-Industry Trend Analysis Relay Lecture Series' and the 'AI Careerthon 72h' kickoff events, were also held. Through special lectures by top experts in key industries such as semiconductors and defense, along with AI-driven job and industry exploration programs, participants gained both a deeper understanding of industrial changes and an opportunity to strengthen their digital capabilities.
