The 2025 fall festival, ‘Aehanje Hanyang Cheer Festival(Aehanje): Resonance,’ was held for three days from September 17 to 19 at Hanyang University Seoul Campus. The Aehanje is held to promote unity among Hanyangians and to foster pride in Hanyang University.

The festival's purpose of bringing Hanyangians together as one was evident throughout the event. The change of the main stage was a representative example. For the first time at Hanyang University, the main stage was set up not in the Amphitheater but at the Track and Field, designed to resemble the Hanyang University History Museum, which embodies the Hanyang history and identity. This was intended to make the stage itself a performance — arousing Hanyangians’ school spirit. Moreover, the new main stage accommodated more people than the Amphitheater and restricted outside visitors by not operating the Friends Zone, reflecting the festival's spirit.

Since the event was held at a new venue, safety concerns rose above the surface. Choi Da-eun(Department of Materials Science and Engineering), head of the main stage team in the festival planning group, said, “Safety was our top priority. We went through multiple discussions with the safety team, student support team, and the event agency.” She added, “Many showed worries about if the main stage might collapse because of the underground parking lot beneath it. We had the stage stability assessed by external experts.” In particular, “To prevent safety accidents on the stairs near Gate C, fluorescent tape was applied in advance to light the way in the dark.”

With the expanded stage, student expectations ran high. Lim Do-yeop(School of Business Administration, Senior), attending his first festival, said, “After a long exam preparation, this is my first festival at college ever. I look forward to various performances, especially the stage of fromis_9.” Meeting the expectations, the festival featured diverse stages throughout the three days.

On the first day, performances by singers Choi Yu-ri, Big Naughty, and Roy Kim, heated up the atmosphere. Particularly, Choi Yu-ri and Roy Kim passionately sang Hanyang University's official cheer song, Milestone, uniting Hanyangians. On the second day, Heize, WOODZ, and Lucy performed, and on the last day, Jeon So-mi, Park Jae-beom, and fromis_9 lit up the night for Hanyangians. The cheering ceremony by cheerleading squad RHooters filled the university with fervent energy that made students forget about the rain. President Lee Ki-jeong also surprised the audience with an event that further energized the 토토사이트 케이벳.

Additional events planned by the 토토사이트 케이벳 planning group added to the fun. Two selected Hanyangians opened the 토토사이트 케이벳 with the Welcome to Aehanje stage. On the same day, ‘Street Hanyang Fighter 2’ selected the best dancers through competition. On the second day, the mask singer contest called ‘When Life Gives You Tricks’ was held, where the winner was chosen by the audience, breaking boundaries between stage and audience and creating a moment of unity among Hanyangians.

After the festival, Hanyangians shared their positive feedback. Kim Byung-hoon (Department of Interior Architecture Design, Junior) said, “Compared to previous years where the lines were hours long, the queues were much shorter. It seems like a change considering those who had to come late.” Some expressed regrets, noting the limited view of the stage from the back due to the lack of height difference in the seating. Lee Hye-gang(School of Business Administration, Senior) said, “My view was obstructed based on people’s heights, which was uncomfortable.”

Unlike Rachios which expressed Hanyangians’ passion outwardly, Choi Da-eun emphasized that the essence of Aehanje is uniting Hanyangians. She expressed hope that this effort will “serve as a milestone for establishing the festival’s purpose and direction.” She concluded, “Since this was the first attempt, promotion was not done sufficiently and there were some hardships students experienced. I hope future Aehanjes will become the events that bring Hanyangians closer together.”
