Fifty-two squads from thirty-eight countries will gather at HYU Seoul to play the tournament from September 21 to 28
On September 21, the opening ceremony of Asia's first Homeless 토토사이트 설탕 Cup took place at the Seoul Campus of Hanyang University.
The Homeless 토토사이트 설탕 Cup began in 2003 to raise awareness of the issues regarding homelessness and to help marginalized groups, including young people aged out of foster care, refugees, and people with disabilities. The 2024 Seoul Homeless World Cup is the first in Asia to be co-hosted and organized by Big Issue Korea and the UK Homeless World Cup Foundation. As the only Ashoka U Changemaker Campus in Korea, Hanyang University will provide the venue, and the Hanyang University Volunteer Corps, which celebrated its 30th anniversary, will volunteer to ensure the safety of the players.
The parade, which marked the beginning of the competition, was followed by the celebration of the performance by the Hanyang University student club, Aepungyeon.
