Hanyang University (President Lee Ki-jeong) announced that it successfully held the “2025 Hanyang University RISE Regional-Industry-University-Government Collaboration Workshop and Partnership Agreement Ceremony” on July 2 at the Hanyang Institute of Technology in Seongdong-gu, Seoul.
This event was organized to discuss strategies for industry-인생한방 토토사이트-government cooperation and establish a sustainable collaborative foundation for the successful implementation of the Regional Innovation-led 인생한방 토토사이트 Support System (RISE), which is a key initiative promoted by the Seoul Metropolitan Government. The event brought together representatives from the Seoul RISE Center, Seongdong-gu Office, Korea Digital Convergence Association, Megazone Cloud, LG Uplus, Ubion, Small & Medium Business Training Institute, Nautilus Investment, CNT Tech, Ensoul Partners, Hanyang 인생한방 토토사이트 Holdings, and Patent Law Firm Yuil Highest, among various domestic and international organizations.
During the first session, Hanyang University presented detailed implementation plans for its RISE initiatives, sharing concrete action strategies to foster customized talent for Seoul’s strategic industries, support regional business growth, and advance the industry-university cooperation infrastructure. In the following second session, a multilateral memorandum of understanding (MOU) signing ceremony was held, where the participating organizations pledged mutual cooperation in seven key areas: ▲ AI youth talent development ▲ AI-cloud convergence talent cultivation ▲ fostering and investment support for global startups ▲ employment and internship support for international students ▲ intellectual property acquisition and commercialization support, among others.
In his welcoming address, President Lee Ki-jeong stated, “Through the RISE project, Hanyang University aims to nurture talent in advanced industries and emerge as a global industry-university collaboration hub,” and added, “We will lead regional innovation centered on universities while strengthening Seoul’s strategic industrial ecosystem.”
Kim Gwi-young, head of the Seoul RISE Center, remarked in his congratulatory speech, “Hanyang University’s highly actionable industry-university cooperation model serves as an exemplary case within the RISE system and will substantially contribute to establishing innovation ecosystems throughout Seoul.”
Lee Jeong-hee, director of planning and finance at Seongdong-gu Office, also expressed, “As an active partner in creating local jobs and fostering young talent, Seongdong-gu will further expand linkages with universities and industries.”
Following this agreement, Hanyang University plans to gradually implement concrete programs to supply talent for Seoul’s strategic industries, support businesses, and establish a regional innovation ecosystem.
