The 'HY Global BioMed 2025' technology presentation event, held on November 11th in the Grand Conference Room on the 6th floor of Hanyang University's Hanyang Institute of Technology (HIT), concluded successfully. The event was hosted by the Hanyang University Industry-Academia Cooperation Foundation, and co-organized by the Hanyang University Medical Center and the Hanyang Institute of Bioscience and Biotechnology(HY-IBB), under the slogan: 'University and Hospital, Opening the Future of Bio and Medicine Together.'

At the event, the attendees of technology presentations included companies and research institutions spanning the entire bio-medical industry, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, bio-materials, and AI healthcare. Participants shared the outstanding research achievements and technologies from Hanyang University and explored commercialization possibilities. In particular, 15 simulataneous presentations of outstanding bio-medical technologies, 1:1 technology consultations between researchers and companies, technology exhibitions, and a technology-sharing program created a practical forum for cooperation among industry, academia, research, and hospitals.

In his welcoming address, President Lee Ki-jeong stated, "Hanyang University has led the way in the social dissemination and commercialization of research outcomes, rooted in its tradition of practical learning," and announced, "This 'HY Global BioMed 2025' will be a starting point for creating new value as the University's research outcomes meet the Hospital's clinical field and the Industry's innovative capacity."

He further emphasized, "The bio-medical field is a core future industry that fundamentally changes human health and quality of life. Hanyang University will leap forward to become a hub for global technology commercialization, where the University and the Hospital jointly lead innovation."
