'The Origins of 토토사이트 회원가입 거절' author Professor Seo eun-guk, his second 2025 ‘Worry Talk Talk’ healing concert
"토토사이트 회원가입 거절 comes from the frequency of feeling joy, not others’ praise"

The '2025 Worry Talk Talk Healing Concert 2' hosted by the Hanyang University 토토사이트 회원가입 거절 and Dream Counseling Center was held on November 5 at the HIT Grand Conference Room. Professor Seo Eun-guk of Yonsei University, author of The Origins of 토토사이트 회원가입 거절, was invited to speak at the concert, and it began with the theme, ‘Happiness Comes from the Frequency of Positive Experiences.’ The concert was organized as an interactive lecture, filled with the great interest of Hanyangians in 'happiness'.

Our brains create happiness

Professor Seo opened the floor by stating, "We are immersed in the ancient humanities story Aristotle spoke of: 'Happiness is the final purpose of life.'" He pointed out that this perspective can be a significant obstacle to understanding the true nature of happiness.

Professor Seo defined happiness as "not the goal of life, but a tool for survival and reproduction, and a ‘show’ organized by the brain." He explained that the human brain is designed to help survival, not to live happily, and that happiness is a signal that makes us approach resources necessary for survival, such as food or people.

Professor Seo explained, "Emotions exist for 'movement.'" He elaborated, "The core is feeling fear and 'running away' when seeing a lion, and feeling pleasure and 'approaching' after seeing meat." He emphasized that happiness is not an attitude of positive thinking, but the 'experience' itself that the brain turns on in specific situations.

Three misconceptions about 토토사이트 회원가입 거절

A majority of people in Korea also have low levels of 토토사이트 회원가입 거절. Professor Seo diagnosed three characteristics of people who do not often feel happy.

The first is a passive attitude toward happiness, believing it is 'the absence of unhappiness.' Professor Seo explained, "When there is a problem like a cockroach, solving it does not make you happy." He likened it to "a soccer team only playing defense to prevent goals without trying to score." Happiness is 'scoring a goal'.

The second is excessive avoidance. Professor Seo pointed out, "The safest ship is one tied up in the harbor, but that is not the purpose of a ship." He warned, "An attitude of avoiding new experiences and staying only in one's comfort zone is merely blocking the opportunity for happiness by oneself." The last one is a life centered on others, overly dependent on external approval and praise. Professor Seo cautioned, "A whale dancing from praise stops dancing when the praise ends." He warned, "If you depend only on others and not your own joy, you lose control of your own happiness."

Ultimately, '토토사이트 회원가입 거절' from having meals with my people

The conclusion about 토토사이트 회원가입 거절 was clear. To become happy, one must collect many 'tacks of enjoyment' and spread them throughout daily life to increase the frequency of stepping on them.

Professor Seo emphasized, "The biggest common tack for all Homo sapiens is people." Since food and people were essential for human survival, the brain evolved to turn on pleasure when close to people. He concluded, "The moments Koreans feel the most happiness are 'while eating' and 'while spending time with people'," and "The essence of happiness is having meals with my people."

Hanyangians’ concerns on ‘happiness'

At the end of the lecture, a Q&A session was held where Professor Seo answered the concerns listed by students in advance.

"I feel frustrated when I compare myself to outstanding people like soccer player Son Heung-min."

One student expressed frustration, saying, "I feel insignificant when I see outstanding people." Professor Seo responded, "People with lower levels of happiness tend to compare themselves to others more." He continued, "That person seems big because my world is narrow." He advised, "A happy person evaluates life based on the 'best room' in their life, but an unhappy person evaluates it based on the 'worst room'." He stressed, "It is important to create my own world where I can find joy."

"Is it right to give up happiness now for the future?"

In response to a student's concern that a day packed for the future brings mental burden rather than accomplishment, Professor Seo mentioned the 'domino illusion'. He explained, "It's like enduring the current tedious and painful process of stacking millions of dominos for the fleeting future moment where they all fall down." He added, "The fleeting joy cannot compensate for the pain of stacking the dominos," and answered, "You must find work where you can enjoy the process of stacking the dominos itself."

"Can AI replace people?"

A question was also raised about whether AI could replace happiness from people. Professor Seo compared AI to a 'condiment' for food and stressed, "The brain cannot yet distinguish between AI and people, but AI cannot solve biological problems." He warned, "AI will not bring me food when I am sick, nor I can have a child with AI," adding, "If AI replaces relationships between people, it is dangerous for us as it is moving away from our survival instincts."
