Hanyang University (President Lee Ki-jeong) announced its participation in the consortium agreement ceremony for the “Future Education Support Ecosystem” under Seoul’s RISE (Regionally Innovative and Specialized Education) initiative, held on April 1 at the main building of Ewha Womans University.

This agreement was formed to jointly implement one of the eleven key projects promoted through the Seoul Metropolitan Government’s RISE initiative. Led by Ewha Womans University, the consortium consists of Kookmin University, Seoul National University, Sookmyung Women’s University, and Hanyang University. Key officials from each university’s RISE project attended and pledged mutual cooperation.

The Seoul RISE project is a strategic initiative aimed at building an innovation ecosystem through organic collaboration between universities, industries, and local communities, with the goal of transforming Seoul into a global innovation hub. The consortium plans to jointly develop a “Seoul-style Neulbom School Model” tailored to the city’s educational needs and regional characteristics, and to strengthen education support capabilities in connection with the local community.

Hanyang University plans to implement hands-on, creative, convergence-based Neulbom 토토사이트 통장 묶는법 programs by leveraging its strengths in engineering and technology. In particular, it will actively utilize the experience of its Youth Science and Technology Promotion Center (Director: Hwang Book-gi), which has led youth science and technology 토토사이트 통장 묶는법 since its establishment in 2002, including the operation of mobile science classrooms. The university aims to offer specialized 토토사이트 통장 묶는법al programs featuring scientific experiment equipment and advanced multimedia devices.

The School of Computer Science in the College of Engineering, will take the lead in developing science and technology curricula focused on AI, robotics, and coding. Hanyang University will also collaborate with the Department of 토토사이트 통장 묶는법al Technology, and the Department of Applied Art 토토사이트 통장 묶는법, both under the College of 토토사이트 통장 묶는법, to develop and operate Neulbom programs in various areas, including creativity and science, culture and the arts, humanities and society, and emotional development.

Kang Young-jong, Director of the Hanyang University RISE Industry-University Cooperation Foundation, who oversees the project, stated, “We are building a creative Neulbom education model by utilizing Hanyang University’s educational infrastructure based on engineering and technology, as well as its convergence capabilities in culture, the arts, and the humanities and social sciences. Through this consortium agreement, we will closely collaborate with the Seoul Metropolitan Government to establish a sustainable education support ecosystem and contribute to nurturing future talent.”
