
On February 17, a business agreement ceremony and donation ceremony between Mobickers and Hanyang University took place on the second floor of the Administration Building at Hanyang University, with attendees including Jeon Hyeong-min, CEO of Mobickers; Oh Tae-min, CEO of Otaverse; President Lee Ki-jeong; Executive Vice President Chung Hyun-chul; Yoon Seong-ho, Director of the Bitcoin and Cryptocurrency Philosophy Research Center; and Professor Lee Kwang-hee.
The two institutions agreed to strengthen their cooperation in blockchain and virtual asset research and education and to promote industry-university cooperation in the field of digital finance by devising practical collaboration strategies in response to regulatory changes, and to this end, they agreed to collaborate on the following initiatives: research and education cooperation in blockchain and digital finance; joint studies on the economic and social impacts of virtual assets and policies; development of practice-oriented curricula and nurturing of specialized professionals; establishment of phased cooperation strategies in response to changes in regulatory and policy environments.
In his welcoming speech, Hanyang University President Lee Ki-jeong said, "Blockchain and virtual assets are not confined to a single field but are opening new horizons that must be explored together by various industries, including economics, finance, law, sociology, philosophy, and linguistics," adding, "The entrepreneurial spirit of BTCMobick and the inclusivity and innovation of Hanyang University have come together to take the first step toward a path that no one has taken before but must eventually be walked. I deeply appreciate the decision of embarking on this journey 'together' by Mobickers, which envisioned the future and led the path of integrating technology with philosophy to pioneer an unprecedented paradigm."

Following the event, an induction ceremony was held at the "Hall of Fame" on the first floor of the Administration Building at Hanyang University. Mobickers was inducted into the "Diamond Honor Club" after donating KRW 1 billion to Hanyang University, and this fund will be used to strengthen blockchain and virtual asset research.
