Among the Chief Executive Officers of South Korea's top 1,000 companies by revenue in 2025, 56 were found to be alumni of Hanyang 토토사이트 모멘트, marking the fourth among all universities in number.

According to the ‘Analysis of University Backgrounds and Majors of CEOs at Top 1,000 Companies in Korea 2025’ released on December 22 by the Korea CXO Institute, a specialized corporate analysis agency, the total number of CEOs surveyed this year was 1,407. Seoul National University had the highest number with 189, followed by Yonsei University(112) and Korea University(108). Hanyang University was found to have produced the next largest group of CEOs after these institutions.

The survey also analyzed the distribution of the CEOs' academic majors. Among the 969 CEOs whose undergraduate majors were confirmed, 46.6% came from engineering and science backgrounds. Business Administration was the single most common major, accounting for 22.8%, followed by Chemical Engineering and chemistry-related fields and Economics.

Meanwhile, the Korea CXO Institute stated that this analysis was based on the top 1,000 listed companies by revenue and their semi-annual reports.
