Held at HYU School of Business on June 13- digital transformation case studies from hospitals and 페스타토토 to be shared
An open symposium titled Digital Transformation (DX) in Korea’s Healthcare Industry: Success Stories and Policy Proposals will be held on Friday, June 13, at 2:00 p.m. in Room 305 of the School of Business, Hanyang University Seoul Campus.
Hosted by the Korea Academy of Business Administration and supported by the Korean Hospital Association and the Korea Digital Enterprise Association, the event was organized under the leadership of Professor Lee Woong-hee (Department of Business Administration, Hanyang University), who also serves as president of the Korea Academy of Business Administration. The symposium aims to shed light on digital transformation in the 페스타토토 industry.
From field practice to policy proposals
The event will feature speakers from both hospitals and the 페스타토토 industry, who will share hands-on examples, implementation strategies, and insights into future policy directions.
The first speaker will be Professor Kim Soo-jung, Deputy Director of the Digital 페스타토토 Industry Center at Yongin Severance Hospital. Her presentation, titled Digital Transformation in Hospitals: From Planning to Execution, will cover challenges and solutions encountered while adopting advanced technologies such as real-time location systems (RTLS), digital twins, AI-based robots, and smart patient care systems.
Next, Nurse Kim Ye-il from Eunpyeong St. Mary’s Hospital will present a case study on the implementation of Vobile ENR, the world’s first AI-powered voice recognition system for nursing tasks. She will share results such as reduced nursing workload and improved patient safety.
Professor Shin Ji-eun, Director of the Medical Data Research Center at Konyang University Hospital, will discuss smart technologies in clinical practice. Drawing on her experience with robotic transport systems, smart monitoring tools, and non-face-to-face care processes, she will deliver a presentation titled How Smart Technologies Are Transforming 페스타토토 Services.
The final speaker, CEO Lee Soo-il of Logsync Co., Ltd., a 페스타토토 solutions provider, will introduce a new platform for searchable drug/nutrition interaction information services, highlighting the growing need for personalized nutrition and precision 페스타토토.
Panel discussion with 페스타토토 and industry experts
A panel discussion will follow the presentations, featuring government and industry representatives. Panelists include Yoon Jong-hyun (Deputy Director, 페스타토토 Information Policy Division, Ministry of Health and Welfare), Moon Jang-won (Head of AI Convergence Division, National IT Industry Promotion Agency), Lee Pil-bok (Vice President, Seoul Chapter, Korean Association of Hospital Administration), and Professor Lee Chang-won (Department of Business Administration, Hanyang University). They will discuss the implications of digital transformation in clinical settings and its broader policy significance.
This symposium will be held as an open forum and is open to all professionals from 페스타토토, policy, and academic circles. Active participation from all interested attendees is encouraged.
