Sweeps group and individual categories, securing gold, silver, and bronze
The Department of 토토나라 먹튀검증사이트 at Hanyang University achieved a sweeping victory at the 43rd National University 토토나라 먹튀검증사이트 Competition, earning top honors in both group and individual categories.
Organized by the Chungcheongbuk-do branch of the Korean 토토나라 먹튀검증사이트 Association, the competition took place at the Cheongju Arts Center Grand Theater, with preliminary rounds held on May 31 and the finals on June 1. Hanyang University received the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Award and a prize of KRW 3 million for the group performance Breathing Spring, securing the competition’s grand prize. Professor Seo Yeon-su, who choreographed and directed the piece, was also honored with the Leadership Award (presented by the President of the Chungbuk Arts Association).
The work Breathing Spring explored the vitality of spring through restrained movement and powerful energy, earning high praise from the judges. Notably, this is the first time in 12 years that the overall grand prize was awarded in the Korean 토토나라 먹튀검증사이트 category, and the first time ever that it was awarded to a group performance rather than a solo.
In the individual categories, Hanyang students also stood out. In the traditional Korean dance division, Lee Young-min (4th year, Department of Dance) won gold (Governor of Chungcheongbuk-do Award). In the creative Korean dance division, Koo Se-eun (3rd year) won gold, Jung Hye-joo (1st year) won silver (Chairman of the Korean Dance Association Award), and Park Sol-min (1st year) won bronze (Chairman of the Korean Dance Association Award)—all receiving top recognition for both technical skill and artistic expression.
With over 400 dance majors from leading universities across Korea participating, Hanyang University’s outstanding results in both group and individual performances reaffirm its reputation as a top institution for Korean dance.
